Touring comfort is guaranteed by what’s inside – a single piece of Marathon foam, poured and molded to the right density to provide a great ride without a hint of “road couch” bulk. The steel plate at the base of the seat, carpeted beneath to be gentle to the bike’s fender and frame, provides stability and strength. Tailored with care, this seat offers a nice seat cradle that gives great support and allows for freedom of movement.
The LaPera Maverick is covered by high-grade Naugahyde that will keep on looking good season after season, with UV and moisture resistant finish. The generous amount of padding does not detract from the seat’s athletic good looks and low profile. Well-designed, striking pleats on top, and pinstriped sides add character to the mix. The Maverick is a great solo seat, but the back section is designed for passenger comfort as well. Versatility and performance make this a popular ride.
